Your Questions Answered

  • Why do you offer a free course about seafood?

That's easy. I'm a fish pusher because food from the sea is good for us and, I think, even critical. Yet so many people fear seafood or lack confidence in choosing wholesome varieties and preparing them. I want to change that. My mission is to bring more confidence and joy and less guilt and confusion to the table.

  • I'm interested in feeding my family more seafood. Will your course help me?

You bet! Lesson 1 briefly covers how much seafood experts recommend for people of different ages and stages of life. In Lesson 2, you'll learn which seafood choices kids, pregnant women and some other vulnerable populations should avoid. And in Lesson 3, I'll share some ideas to get your family more interested in seafood too.

  • Is this a series of cooking lessons?

Lesson 3 includes a few cooking demos. (I had so much fun in my kitchen), but I won't go so far as to say cooking lessons. You'll get some recipes and recipe ideas. I'll show you how to get simple or fancy recipes on the table quickly and offer some creative suggestions you and your family are sure to like.
